Bryan Psimas started Current Dimension in April 2008. He has successfully developed websites, applications and
implemented top search engine optimization for several satisfied clients. Bryan is seeking a Bachelor of Science
in Computer Science at Saint Louis University. He holds a Zend PHP 5 Certification and a MySQL 5.0 Developer Certification. Bryan worked at Saint Louis University as the Web Development Team Lead for the ITS Interns. He managed a team of student programmers that worked to create web applications for students, faculty and staff. Bryan proudly supports open source software and participated in Google's Summer of Code, in which Google sponsored his work on an open source project. Prior to that, Bryan held an internship for three summers at Imedia.it as a Software Engineer. At Imedia.it, Bryan worked on several government projects for military defense contracts. |

Jordan Fraser, is a consultant specializing in strategic due diligence, assessing product and market extensions, identifying brand investment opportunities and designing search engine optimization programs. With more than six years of financial services knowledge and client management experience, Mr. Fraser focuses on assisting clients on pre- and post-investment diligence projects. Mr. Fraser has primarily worked with private equity funds on assignments including a post-acquisition financial reporting package installation and merger integration for a pharmaceutical research facilities conglomerate; and a pre-investment integration strategy and financial estimate for the purchase of a major oil and chemical refinery plant. Mr. Fraser has also served on many Public-Private Partnership teams focused on toll road assessment and optimization. In this capacity, he has helped to develop extensive cost and revenue valuation models. In addition, Mr. Fraser has worked on a number of post-acquisition operational improvement initiatives. Last year, Mr. Fraser assumed the role of interim production analyst in the CPG industry. On this 7 month assignment, he designed and implemented manufacturing best practices focused around lean production, reporting and control. Mr. Fraser also has experience in the airline industry where he has held dozens of optimization workshops, developed process maps and conducted a gap and activity analysis for the FP&A division of a fortune 100 company. Mr. Fraser also brings significant hedge fund industry experience to the firm. He designed the infrastructure for a small cap hedge fund and was the associate director of the Deal Team. Mr. Fraser has collaborated with senior level managers around the world on due diligence and deal structuring matters. In addition to being a top capital raiser, he was responsible for managing a team of economic analysts who helped to identify investment opportunities for the hedge fund. Prior to becoming a consultant, Mr. Fraser was an associate director with Vision Opportunity Fund in New York. Previously, he was a trading assistant and analyst with LaBranche and Co., a specialist trading firm on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Fraser earned a bachelor's degree in finance honors from Texas Tech University. He is also a graduate of The Harvard Business School Executive Program. Mr. Fraser holds Series 21 and 25 New York Stock Exchange trading licenses. He is proficient in Monte Carlo simulation, regression and sensitivity analysis as well as being a green belt in lean manufacturing techniques. |
